| Mobile & app (10%) | Mobile site and app quality, speed, stability and in-play usability. |
| Customer support (10%) | Channels, availability, languages and response quality. |
| Market depth (10%) | Range of sports, leagues, bet types and live betting coverage. |
Each factor is scored from 0 to 10. The weighted average becomes the overall rating out of 10 (shown as stars out of 5). We re-check every listing at least monthly and update the date on each review.
What we do not do
- We never publish fake user reviews or invented ratings.
- We never let a commercial deal move a bookmaker up the rankings.
- We flag operators we consider unsafe, unlicensed for your market, or slow to pay.
